Ok, so something new starting as of Monday, can't actually believe I am going to say this, a DIET!
The first one I have every done - I have always been a non-believer, just like gym going or membership. However I have tried to exercise and eating healthy - well not eating crap, but nothing is really working / I was having too much freedom of food and through doing two jobs, way too easy to just stop by a fast food take out - I have decided to start a actual diet and not one that I made up.
So Monday it will start and I shall be keeping an updated blog to help encourage me to stick to it.
I managed to stick to my 'I will clear out some of my clothes' which I have been saying for months!
I actually threw out five bags of clothes and an additional five bags of shoes and belts!!
I think that it actually killed me, I was routhless will some of my clothes and in addition, I even organised my wardrobe, work clothes, dress-going out & day, & day clothes!
So, I will regulary update my blog with my progress -
I might even include my actual weight on Monday - we shall see.
