Day One - My First EVER Diet!!!

Well, I think that I have done very well today - reckon I have made a good start!
I have eaten all that I made late Sunday night for my dinner & tea! I actually got up early & made my breakfast (yes that is a massive change for me! Lets see if I can keep that up!)

I wasn't actually hungry & I had no carving for a hash brown muffin which I usally have when I get to work. It wasn't until my boss got one that I snook off & got the recommended yoghurt as a mid morning snack.
I even did really well as when I got to my other job there was a party will all the usual party food, pizza, garlic bread, crisps, cake - the usual. I ONLY, I know, had one chicken dipper. I had to check that they were cooked properly & considering that I am usually the type that eats everything & anything going!!

Though, I am a little worried that I have done so well today, that I am worried about tomorrow being me constantly thinking about food & what I was going to eat next.

To sum up: Day One - proud of myself
